At Pilgrim Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center, each of our long-term care residents has their own story, and our care teams help them experience the best that each day has to offer. Regardless of whether you refer to Pilgrim as a nursing home, skilled nursing facility, or senior care center, we’re proud to provide a compassionate place where our residents feel right at home. Every day we focus on delivering person-centered assistance and support combined with the right level of clinical care and interpersonal connection.
Our compassionate care team provides assistance with activities of daily living, such as dressing, grooming and bathing, so residents can look and feel their best. Staff are available 24 hours a day, offering support and companionship as needed.
We have a long-term secured unit and utilize a WanderGuard® system when needed to promote resident safety. To provide the best possible care for our residents, all of our staff receive specialized training in health concerns common in aging adults.
