    With top national scores, Hunt Nursing and Rehabilitation Center and Pilgrim Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center, both Berkshire Healthcare communities, are two of the few long-term care providers in Massachusetts recognized this year by the National Research Corporation for exceptional satisfaction scores. Hunt Nursing received the reward for customer satisfaction; Pilgrim Rehab received awards for both customer and employee satisfaction.

    Pilgrim Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing in Peabody was among 75 in Massachusetts named among the best by US News & World Report.

  • Pilgrim Rehab to launch Better Breathers Club on Feb. 8

    Pilgrim Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center in Peabody will host the American Lung Association’s Better Breathers Club on the second Wednesday of each month. The first meeting will be held Wednesday, Feb. 8 at 2 p.m. in the first floor dining room at Pilgrim Rehab, 96 Forest Street in Peabody.   • Pilgrim Rehab earns national awards for customer, employee satisfaction Excellence in Action awards recognize exemplary commitment to quality

    With top national scores, Pilgrim Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center, a Berkshire Healthcare community, is one of the few long-term care providers in Massachusetts recognized this year by National Research Corporation for exceptional satisfaction scores. Pilgrim received two awards; for customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction. About seventy-five percent – 19 out of 25 – of the Massachusetts awards were claimed by Berkshire Healthcare communities.

  • Berkshire Healthcare facilities awarded electronic health record funds

    DANVERS AND PEABODY, MASS. – Berkshire Healthcare Systems, which provides long-term nursing and post-acute care on the North Shore and across Massachusetts, has been awarded $82,500 to improve patient care and safety through enhanced technology. The Massachusetts e-Health Institute (MeHI) awarded the funds through the eQuality Incentive Program (eQIP). North Shore affiliates that will benefit include Hunt Nursing and Rehabilitation in Danvers and Pilgrim Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center in Peabody.
