Staying active and involved at Pilgrim Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center is an important part of resident health and well-being. Our activities programming is as unique as our residents, reflecting their interests and abilities, and promoting mental, physical and spiritual wellness. Our resident council represents resident interests and makes recommendations regarding activities and other community events.
Our schedule of activities includes:
- Creative, gentle exercise classes
- Trivia and brain games
- Card games and Bingo
- Discussion groups
- Art club

Our residents enjoy outings for lunch or shopping, and in the summer popular destinations include Richardson’s for ice cream and Salem Willows to relax by the water. Sometimes we simply take a scenic ride, whether to view the changing leaves in the fall, the colorful lights at the holidays or blooming scenery in the warmer months.
